Welcome to Kleos Noble Retreat & Corporate Affairs

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of our apartments and the use of our facilities. By booking and staying at Kleos Noble Retreat & Corporate Affairs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us.

  • Payment: A deposit of 100% is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via online payments

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 14:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out Time: 11:30 AM on the day of departure.

  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Occupancy

  • Maximum Occupancy: Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

  • Identification: All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

4. Use of Property

  • Residential Use: The property is to be used for residential purposes only. No commercial activities are allowed without prior approval.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from [time] PM to [time] AM. Please respect our neighbors and other guests.

  • Non-smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A cleaning fee of [amount] will be charged for any violations.

  • Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

5. Damage and Liability

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Please report any damages immediately.

  • Security Deposit: The security deposit will be used to cover any damages. If the cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, guests will be billed for the additional amount.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure your valuables are secure.

6. Facilities and Services

  • Amenities: The rental includes access to all listed amenities. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.

  • Maintenance: We strive to maintain the property in excellent condition. Please report any maintenance issues immediately.

7. Health and Safety

  • Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, contact [emergency contact details].

  • Fire Safety: Familiarize yourself with the fire exits and safety equipment upon arrival.

  • Health Regulations: Follow all local health regulations and guidelines during your stay.

8. Termination
